This training introduces strategies for creating inclusive, affirmative, and anti-oppressive practices, policies, and company culture within your organization. Drawing on transformative social work, anti-oppressive practice, community-building, and restorative practices, QRIS Consulting will:

This workshop series begins with the introductory training above and goes on to provide a deeper dive into fostering and prioritizing an affirming, inclusive, and safe workplace. It takes time and intention to become aware of implicit biases and to unlearn the ways our thinking has been influenced by dominant discourses. This workshop is designed to:

• Lead your staff through a process of understanding, opening to, and welcoming difference

• Develop a workplace community that is based on shared values of mutual respect, radical acceptance, healing, communication, and compassion

• Create lasting change in the interpersonal fabric of your workplace community
